**Payment:**

We believe in ensuring client satisfaction by allowing them to preview photos before making payments. Our automated system enables clients to view watermarked photos before payment. Once the balance is settled, the watermark is automatically removed.

 

**Rescheduling/Cancellation:**

At BeReel Media, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Therefore, we never charge cancellation or rescheduling fees as long as the cancellation or rescheduling is 24 hours or more prior to the shoot day and time. We're committed to accommodating our clients' needs with flexibility and understanding.

 

**Copyright Notice:**

BeReel Media retains the copyright of all images produced. The copyright is not transferred to any other party unless expressly agreed upon in writing. Licensing options are available for various image applications. For more information on licensing, please contact us.

 

**Photo Rights and Usage:**

The original client who commissioned our services holds the rights to use the images for electronic or printed advertising purposes to promote the property depicted in the images. This licensing agreement is valid only for the duration of the property's listing for sale and cannot be reused without explicit written permission.

 

**Image Ownership and Usage:**

Ownership of the photographs remains with BeReelMedia and the purchasing party acquires only the rights to use the images during the specified term. The images cannot be sold or transferred to another party without prior written consent.---

 

**Photography Order Fulfillment Policies**

**1. Refund Policy:**

We understand that plans can change unexpectedly. Here's how our refund policy works:- Refunds are available if you cancel your scheduled photoshoot more than 24 hours prior to the shoot day.- To request a refund, please contact us at least 24 hours before the scheduled shoot day.- Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used for booking the photoshoot.

 

 

**2. Delivery Policy:**

We're committed to delivering high-quality photographs to preserve your memories. Here's what you can expect from our delivery process:- We offer on-location photoshoots at a location of your choice within our service area.- After the photoshoot, we carefully curate and edit the images to ensure they meet our quality standards.- Your edited photos will be delivered to you digitally after the photoshoot.

 

 

**3. Return Policy:**

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you have any concerns about the photographs you receive, here's our return policy:- If you are not satisfied with the quality of the images, please contact us after receiving the digital files.- We will work with you to address any issues and make necessary revisions to meet your expectations.- Returns are not applicable for digital files once they have been downloaded.

 

 

**4. Cancellation Policy:**

Here's our policy regarding cancellations:- You can cancel your photoshoot appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled shoot day without incurring any cancellation fees.- To cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.- If you cancel within 24 hours of the scheduled shoot day, a cancellation fee may apply.
